Off Ice Training

Off ice training is an integral part of skating for the strength, flexibility, and coordination it builds for your on ice skills. This class will teach techniques used for jumping and spinning off the ice and will allow your child to practice more at home when you can’t get to the rink.
Ballet
Ballet is important for your developing figure skater because along with a flexibility that is unique to ballet it also helps your skater understand how to move along with music. Ballet also helps with positioning, and movement on the ice.
